Epoxy Injection 

·      Full depth repair of structural cracks in  concrete to equal or better the original strength.

·      Repairs intermittent or seasonal water leaks in concrete, such as parking structures and tilt-up buildings.

Water Reactive Polyurethane Grouts

Chemical Grouts  

·      Water cut off of leaking basements, elevator pits, reservoirs, dams, concrete vaults, tanks and other types of below grade structures.

Integrated Concrete Sealers  

·      Clear penetrating sealers of sodium and potassium silicates for: 

·      Waterproofing above and below grade from the positive or negative side. 

·      Water Vapor Reduction: Water vapor is a major cause of floor covering and/or coating failure and is sometimes confused with the term “Hydrostatic Pressure”. 

·      Limits penetration of gasoline, oil, acids, and caustics.  Eases clean up and primes for paint.  Also seals non-structural cracks. 

·      Significantly reduces efflorescence. 

·      Reduces steel corrosion potential in new and old concrete. 

Underwater Applications  

·      Scuba equipped divers for underwater leak detection, sophisticated repairs.  Underwater inspection and evaluation.  

Concrete Surface Preparation  

·      Shot blasting, scarifying, scabbing, grinding, pressure washing and sand blasting.  

Slab Jacking and Void Filling  

·      Used in lieu of tear out, removal and replacement of concrete.  Process incorporates the use of concrete pumps and strategic placement of core holes to lift concrete slabs or to fill voids associated with substrate subsidence or slab curing.  

Topping and Underlayment Installations  

·      For re-surfacing of concrete slabs to receive new floor covering, epoxy coatings, or as wear surfaces.  

Epoxy Coating and Joint Sealants  

·      Installations for tanks, tunnels, vaults, reservoirs, waste water treatment facilities, aquatic and marine environments.  

Corrosion Inhibitors  

·      Add mixtures to extend the service life of steel reinforced concrete and repair materials in corrosive environments. 

·      Migratory corrosion inhibitors (MCI) for treatment of in place concrete to mitigate the affects of corrosion such as cracking and spalling of concrete, even in the presence of high levels of chlorides, such as marine environments. 

·      Other corrosion inhibiting products such as epoxies, coatings, water treatment, etc.
